NICRA’s 85th Annual Meeting

The Convention Committee has worked hard to produce a trade show and convention that will educate, entertain and enlighten all of the attendees this year.  Due to the popularity of last conventions 3 track seminar system, this years convention will offer similar programs to meet the needs of not only those looking to join the ice cream industry but for those who have been in the industry for many years.

The best part about this approach is you pick the “scoop” track you want to be on. For example, if you are looking to go into business we suggest you stay on the “single scoop” track. This track will teach you how to develop your concept, what resources you’ll need, and find the right location for you. The “double scoop” track will explain how to expand your business, online scheduling techniques, and even teach you how to find/train the right manager for your business, so you don’t have to do it all.

And lastly, the “triple scoop” track will have a lot of informative material for more experienced operators. It will also discuss hiring year-around employees and how to ignite passion in your employees without burning them out. We can’t wait to see new and familiar faces on November 6th-8th, 2018!
