Got a Food Safety Plan?
A) Yes, but would like to have it reviewed
B) Working on it, could use some pointers
C) Dazed and confused, need help getting direction
No matter what you answered, this workshop is here to help artisan ice cream and frozen dessert manufacturers on their food safety journey. Whether you are just starting out, taking another next step in food safety plan development, or looking to review your current plans, this workshop will provide food safety plan coaching from trained experts to guide you through each step of the development process. Templates (digital and paper) will be provided to facilitate plan development; attendees are also encouraged to bring their current or in-progress plans.
This course was made possible through the support of a USDA grant, obtained in collaboration with Cornell University, North Carolina State University, University of Connecticut, and the Innovation Center for US Dairy.
