We invite you to exhibit at our NICRA Annual Convention and Trade Show in Charleston South Carolina.

  • You must be a supplier member of NICRA, in good standing, to exhibit at NICRA’s Annual Meeting.
  • Must read and agree to the exhibit regulations which are available at THIS LINK
  • By completing the Exhibitor Application you agree at all the Exhibitor Rules and Regulations
  • You must agree to abide by all requirements, restrictions and obligations as set forth in the regulations
  • Applications must be completed and signed by the representative in charge.





Booth space is $695 for (10' wide x 8' deep),  if reserved and paid for in full by October 1 2019.
Prices increase after that date. A limited number of booths are available so make your selection early. Your booth will include one draped table, two side chairs, a one-line identification sign and wastebasket at no additional charge. Booths are also carpeted.

All booths are assigned on a first-come basis. Full payment must accompany all orders for booth space. Complete the Booth Application Form and provide payment for your booth via the link.




In addition to the booth cost, each exhibiting company must pay one full price registration fee ($575.00). Additional badges will be $350 each (price increases after October 1,2019). All meals, activites and networking events are included in the registration fee for all badge holders.

Exhibitors are strongly encouraged to participate in the meal functions to maximize your time with buyers. Box lunches will be distributed to exhibitors who purchase a lunch ticket on trade show day.

Other services (drayage, electric, etc.) will be handled by Fern, the official show decorator, and/or the Embassy Suotes, North Charleston, and billed separately.




Wednesday, November 6th, 2019 will be designated as a trade show day. Local ice cream stores will be allowed to register for a fee of $75 per person to attend the trade show only from 10:30 A.M. until 5:00 P.M. They are also invited to stay for the Supplier Party that evening.

Seminars and other meals are not included in this registration fee.



Exhibits can be set up on Tuesday, November 5, 2019 between 9am and 1pm. They will remain in place until Thursday afternoon, November 7,2019. Exhibit Hours are:

  • Tuesday, November 5, 2019 - 3:00 P.M. - 10:00 P.M.;
  • Wednesday, November 6, 2019 - 10:45 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. for Trade Show Only;
  • Wednesday, November 6, 2019 - 5:00 P.M. - 9:30 P.M. Supplier Party.
  • Thursday, November 7, 2019 - 10:45 A.M.- 3:45 P.M.

This year $2,000 in NICRA Bucks will be raffled off to active members to be used to purchase goods and services from exhibitors during the trade show.
