We invite you to exhibit at our NICRA Annual Convention and Trade Show in Charleston South Carolina.
EXHIBIT BOOTH FEES
Booth space is $695 for each 8' x 10' booth if reserved and paid for in full by October 1 2019.
All booths are assigned on a first-come basis. Full payment must accompany all orders for booth space. Complete the Booth Application Form and provide payment for your booth via the link. payment
In addition to the booth cost, each exhibiting company must pay one full price registration fee ($575.00). Additional badges will be $350 each (price increases after October 1,2019). All meals are included in the registration fee for all badge holders.
Exhibitors are strongly encouraged to participate in the meal functions to maximize your time with buyers. Box lunches will be distributed to exhibitors who purchase a lunch ticket on trade show day.
Other services (drayage, electric, etc.) will be handled by Fern, the official show decorator, and/or the Embassy Suotes, North Vharlseston, and billed separately.
ONE DAY TRADE SHOW
Wednesday, November 6th, 2019 will be designated as a trade show day. Local ice cream stores will be allowed to register for a fee of $75 per person to attend the trade show only from 10:30 A.M. until 5:00 P.M. They are also invited to stay for the Supplier Party that evening. Seminars and other meals are not included in this registration fee.
Exhibits can be set up on Tuesday, November 5, 2019 after 1pm. They will remain in place until Thursday afternoon, November 7,2019. Exhibit Hours are:
This year $2,000 in NICRA Bucks will be raffled off to active members to be used to purchase goods and services from exhibitors during the trade show.
